Delivery Coverage

We proudly serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions, delivering premium food products to businesses in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Our delivery network continues to expand as we open new routes to accommodate more clients and regions.

Delivery Schedule

– Frequency: Deliveries are scheduled based on your business needs and our established routes.
– Cut-Off Times: Orders received by 3 AM will be scheduled for same-day delivery.
– Custom Delivery Options: For high-priority or large orders, we can arrange special delivery schedules. Contact our support team for assistance.

Order Minimums

To optimize efficiency and maintain competitive pricing, we do not require a minimum order. For all orders, an energy surcharge may apply.

Delivery Fees

– All orders qualify for free delivery within our standard coverage area.
– For deliveries outside the standard area or requiring special arrangements, additional fees may apply.

Packaging and Handling

We take great care in packaging and handling your orders:
– Temperature Control: All products are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure freshness and quality.
– Sealed and Secure: Items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Receiving Your Delivery

– Inspection: We encourage clients to inspect all goods upon delivery. If there are any issues, such as shortages or damaged items, please notify the driver immediately.
– Signature Requirement: A signature is required at the time of delivery to confirm receipt.

Delivery Policies

1. Rescheduling and Cancellations:
   – Changes to delivery schedules must be requested at least 10 hours before the scheduled delivery.
   – Cancellations after the cut-off time may incur fees.
   
   2. Failed Deliveries:
   – If a delivery is unsuccessful due to client unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply if applicable.
   
   3. Product Quality:
   – In the rare event of product issues, please contact us within 24 hours with details and photos to resolve the matter promptly.
